1974 - 1988: It began in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1974 when M. Babe Bellagamba, former nightclub owner and hotel consultant opened Babe’s Entertainment “Plus”, a full service, family owned live entertainment agency.  During the 70’s and 80’s, the company managed and produced top touring show bands for hospitality venues across the USA. The family business moved to Orlando, Florida in the late 70’s to better service a Florida chain of restaurants known as the Foxfire Inn and to service the growing Orlando Convention business.  The Van-Dells, Clutch, Sonny Turner, hypnotist Mike Harvey and the J.J. Whispers Starz Band were just a few of the unique acts that produced front page news recognition and standing room only crowds wherever they performed.
1988 - 1995: When John Travolta was featured in Saturday Night Fever, the disc jockey playing prerecorded disco music became the rage and live entertainment became a thing of the past.  It was time to make a change.  While reading an international business publication, Babe came upon an article about the Karaoke rage in other countries such as Japan and the Philippines.  Not yet available in the USA, Babe had a vision that Karaoke would be the next entertainment phenomenon in the country.  Through further research, we discovered that Pioneer Electronics in Long Beach, California was soon to release the hi-tech Laserdisc version of KARAOKE to the USA.  In 1988, Babe’s Entertainment “Plus” became KARAOKE SHOWTIME, Inc and the first authorized dealer for Pioneer.  Click here to preview KARAOKE KING ARTICLE Introducing Karaoke to the hospitality industry was quite a challenge for Karaoke Showtime, but through consistency, our team successfully incorporated Karaoke systems into more corporate locations than any other dealership to date.  Locations such as the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotels, Hilton New Orleans, RJ Gators Restaurants, Pleasure Island at Walt Disney Resort, and special convention services for AT&T, Prudential Insurance Company of America and the Los Angeles Dodgers to name a few. In 1995, KARAOKE SHOWTIME joined forces with KARAOKE SHOWCASE, Inc., from Seminole, Florida and continued to offer Karaoke sales and service expanding the customer base to include Royal Caribbean Cruise International, SuperClubs, and Sandals Resorts. As our business relationships matured, many of these companies solicited our services to spearhead new entertainment concepts and technologies to further enhance guest activity schedules.  From team building interactive games to the all new entertainment concept “PopNoggins”,  Karaoke Showcase, Inc. established a name as an industry leader in entertainment products to accommodate  corporate resorts worldwide. To better identify our diversity, a new name was established, Remarkable Products, Inc.  Remarkable Products, Inc. is owned and operated by David Bellagamba and Terry Jones who has worked in the business for over 20 years.
